Description
This retreat has been achieved in 2014. Despite the openness there is enough cover to stay outside and enjoy your garden while heavy summer rain falls of the roof. This is because the typical vaulted roof with the overlap keeps water and wind away.
The garden house is built of larch wood and the roof is tiled. The floor is made of Bangkirai wood. This is a strong and durable wood that is resistant to different weather conditions. The glass in the tower is made of white Plexiglas. This ensures that typical, well-known Japanese style. Plexiglas is lighter than normal glass and does not shatter. This makes it safer to use in the garden houses.
This building is made entirely by hand; we only used a drill, saw and a hammer. We can fully customize this design to your needs regarding the dimensions and layout as well as the roof and the type of wood to use.
